通往塞瓦斯托波尔太空站的医疗船路途中，玩家将会面临到各式各样的敌人，你将会选择回避？还是会选择引开他们的注意力？亦或者是直接与其正面冲突呢？无论是哪种方案，玩家如果想要生存下去的话就必须要迅速采取行动。
- 三张全新的地图，其中包含前往塞瓦斯托波尔太空站的出口、幽暗又令人毛骨悚然的路途。
- 玩家将能扮演首席医疗兵 Lingard，你必须一边分散「IEDs」的注意力，一边找到能够快速通往「Medikits」的途径。
- 销毁一切关于你过去研究的数据与记录，并且拯救这个太空站的其他生还者。
